On this episode of Free Thinking, Montel talks with 8-year-old Cavanaugh Bell. Cavanaugh was bullied in school, and he decided to turn what he calls “the darkness he felt inside”, into a catalyst for change. He started his own nonprofit called Cool and Dope, an acronym for: “considering others’ obstacles in life and dish out positive energy.” His central mission is to combat bullying and spread positivity through acts of kindness and he hopes to end bullying by 2030. He created a food pantry with his savings called Love is Greater than COVID-19 which has served over 2,000 families, helping approximately 10,560 people. He has a big heart and is a natural-born leader!
Cavanaugh is the world’s youngest anti-bullying activist!
